Madison has been such a joy to our little family. With my rough pregnancy, super bad morning sickness, fatigue, back pains, and to top it off, coming 1 month early, God really works in wonderful ways. Madison's spirit and personality is so calm. She always has a smile on her face and enjoys looking at the world. She cries only when she's hungry, bored, tired, or has a dirty diaper. Mady brings a calmness to any place that she's in....so different from her big sister Maya. Madison may be a little dumpling, but she's one tough cookie. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Big Little Moment #12-Painting with Uncle Eltz
Our little Miss Maya Bee simply adores her Uncle Eltz. Unfortunately, she was a little grumpy from her nap, but Uncle Eltz was such a trooper. He brought his whole painting kit and even donated a canvas! He set up his aisle, asked Maya what she wanted to paint, and he let her draw her sketch on the canvas. It was totally cool to listen to Maya tell her story of what she was drawing. It looked like scribbles to me, but to Maya, it was a picture. Then, Uncle Eltz mixed the colors and painted the turtle with Maya. He guided her on where to paint and Maya was a trooper and did what Uncle Eltz said. I even got to paint a little. After the paint dried, we headed inside and watched as Uncle Eltz drew the outline of Maya's turtle. Maya wanted to draw like her Uncle so she took out her sketch book. All in all, a truly memorable afternoon.

Big Little Moment #11-Maya Bee's 2nd Birthday June 11, 2011
What a joyous day! It was a little bittersweet too because our little angel isn't a baby anymore. Where did the time go? She's such a big girl these days. All of our closest friends and family came out in full force to celebrate Maya Bee's birthday! Thank you friends and family....we are so blessed by all of your love and support. Not a day goes by that I don't thank God for blessing with me with such a beautiful and spunky little girl!
Big Little Moment #10-Madison's smiles
Our little Mady is growing each day. She smiles and laughs more and more each day. Her little giggles lightens up our lives.
